Appeal for witnesses after violent assault

POLICE are investigating a serious assault involving a man and woman from Salisbury in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A man aged 39 and a woman aged in her 20s is thought to have been involved in the assault inside the Charcoal Grill in Fisherton Street at about 2.10am, and the assault continued outside.
The man is described as 6ft, with a short goatee beard and a shaven head.
The woman is described as having an olive complexion.
Anyone with information is being asked to call the Domestic Abuse Investigation Team at Salisbury on 101.
