Wallet stolen in bus queue
2:56pm Monday 18th March 2013 in News
WILTSHIRE Police are appealing for information after a man’s wallet was stolen in a bus queue in Salisbury.
The 62-year-old local man was queuing at the bus station in Endless Street at about 4pm on February 22 when the man in front of him dropped some change and pushed him back a little so he could pick up the money.
While this was happening another man behind the victim pushed up against him. The two men then left the queue and walked off in the same direction and the victim only realised later that his wallet was missing.
Police have issued CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with this incident.
Anyone with information can contact PC Nick Bailey at Salisbury Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
