A COMPLEMENTARY therapy centre has raised £500 for the Combat Stress charity as part of World Mental Health Day.

The Therapy Centre, in Winchester Street, held a relaxation day last month and donated all profits from treatments, including massage, acupuncture and meditation classes, to the charity.

Combat Stress works with Veterans of the British Armed Forces and members of the Reserve Forces to provide effective treatment and support for mental health problems.
