A MOTORBIKE dealership is recalling nearly 30 different models over brake safety fears.
Crescent Suzuki in Verwood is alerting owners of GSX-R600, 750cc and 1000cc machines from 2004 onwards that the bikes should be returned for a modification to their front brake master cylinders, which are said to feel “spongy”.
Suzuki stress that no incidents had been reported due to the problem.
The models being recalled are the GSX-R600 – K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, L0, L1, L2 and L3 models; GSX-R750 – K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, L0, L1, L2, and L3 models and GSX-R1000 – K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, L0, L1, L2 and L3.
