CHILDREN from Winterslow Primary School met former pupils at the village’s Friendship Tuesday Club and entertained them with Christmas songs and carols.
The youngsters performed for club members, aged from 70 to 101, before enjoying tea, cake and a chat. They were joined by headteacher Rebecca Bone, staff and parents.
The club, which also serves the villages of Pitton, Farley and West Tytherley, meets every Tuesday at the Methodist Church Hall from 10am to 3pm.
Transport is provided and organiser Julie Hart and volunteers organise a varied programme of activities throughout the year.
