LEEHURST Swan pupils have won an art prize. Pupils from the Salisbury school took part in the competition ran by Southampton’s SeaCity Museum.
Entries were judged by a panel of gallery and museum staff who looked at how pupils were inspired by and responded to The First Cut exhibition, a showcase of international artists who work in paper.
Year 6 pupils produced work inspired by contemporary British artist Su Blackwell and won the best in age category in the competition.
