A POTATO weekend is being held at Courtens Garden Centre in Whiteparish this weekend.
The event, from 10am on Saturday to 4pm on Sunday, will see dozens of varieties of seed potatoes and vegetable seed sold loose by the kilogram.
There will also be traditional green wood craft demonstrations and visitors will have the chance to learn how to help save bees with the Bee Association.
A fish and chip van will be on site and Naomi House children’s hospice will be fundraising by collecting used postage stamps, printer cartridges and foreign coins for recycling. Entry is free and there is also free parking.
