Road rage incident in Coombe Bissett

POLICE are appealing for information following a road rage incident in Coombe Bissett.

At about 6.30pm on Wednesday, February 19 on the A354 an incident took place in the 50mph section of the carriageway.

The drivers of a green Renault Clio and a white Fiat Punto 500 were involved in an altercation just prior to the village. The driver of the Clio is reported to have kicked the Fiat and spat at the driver.

It is believed that a number of other vehicles were left queuing as a result of this incident and a Land Rover overtook both vehicles.

PC James Brown would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident.
