Seedy Sunday in Downton
KEEN gardeners and amateur enthusiasts alike flocked to Seedy Sunday in Downton at the weekend.
The seed-swapping event was held at the village’s Memorial Hall on Sunday, and also offered the chance to pick up some tips on bee-keeping, chickens, making compost and lots of other gardening-related topics.
