WALKERS are being urged to sign up for a charity walk at Wilton House in aid of Parkinson’s UK.
The event takes place on April 6 and there are two walks to choose from: a challenging 10k route with steep climbs, rough terrain and long grass, or a gentler 3k route that includes long grass and gravel paths. Marshalling will be provided by the Rotary Club of Wilton.
All ages are welcome to take part and there is no minimum sponsorship required, but organisers suggest walkers aim to raise at least £50.
Entry is £10 for adults and £5 for under 12s, which includes a Parkinson’s UK t-shirt.
