AUTHOR Katy Hounsell-Robert will be at Salisbury’s Sarum Bookshop next week to read from her award-nominated children’s book Ben’s Bees.
The story is an exciting adventure for primary school children set on the Isle of Wight.
Meet DR7 the drone who wouldn't dream of doing any work, Z the Queen's fierce ancient guard and the lovely Queen herself being pushed out of her hive by her eldest daughter princess Honey Milk.
Hounsell-Robert will be accompanied by a queen bee specially made by Mary Turner, maker of the Thunderbird puppets.
She will be at the bookshop at 11am on Thursday.
There will be coffee and juice as well as colouring-in and crayons.
Ben's Bees is published by Onwards and Upwards priced at £6.99.
