WOMEN looking to get fit and do their bit for charity at the same time can get involved with Curves’ latest initiative.
During March and April the gym in Fisherton Street, Salisbury, is running a food drive, collecting non-perishable food and money for the Trussell Trust’s foodbank.
Non-members can drop in donations too, or if new members want to join they won’t have to pay a joining fee if they make a food or monetary donation to the food drive.
The Curves Food Drive is now its 16th year and has so far donated more than 75 million pounds of food nationwide to community food banks.
