SALISBURY Playhouse and Wiltshire College have been highly commended for their a new partnership in offering young people the opportunity to study performing arts in a theatre as well as a classroom.
The Creative & Cultural Skills Employer of the Year Awards recognised the collaboration between the two in offering a BTEC level 3 extended diploma in performing arts as well as an apprenticeship in technical theatre and the delivery of arts awards to young people across the county.
The annually-held ceremony recognises and celebrates the hard work and commitment to skills, training and apprenticeships shown by employers within the creative and cultural industry.
