RETIRED dentist Martin Moss has died while on holiday in France.
Martin Moss practised in St Ann Street, Salisbury for 35 years and was a longstanding member of the Local Dental Committee before his retirement in 2005.
He had been a member of the Salisbury and South Wilts Railway Society for many years and also helped to organise the Courage Darts League as well as being involved in the Charities Quiz League.
Mr Martin was evacuated to East Grimstead during the Second World War.
He was educated at Christ’s Hospital in Horsham and studied dentistry at Sheffield University, where he met his wife Elizabeth.
He is survived by his wife, three children and two grandchildren.
