A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash near Verwood on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to the collision at Bakers Hanging on the B3081 after a car collided with a tree.
Firefighters from Verwood and Ringwood attended the scene and the road was closed while they used cutting equipment to free the man from the silver Vauxhall Astra.
The road was reopened by 8.20am.
The man was taken to Poole Hospital. His injuries are not believed to have been serious.
