A MOBILE phone was stolen from Tesco in Salisbury after being left at the self-service check-outs.

Just before 1.30pm on April 14, a 29-year-old local woman left her iPhone 5C at the checkout in the Castle Street store.

She returned later that day but the phone is believed to have been stolen. Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Ian Cooke at Salisbury Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
