POLICE in the New Forest are appealing for a driver to get in touch after a crash.
A motorcyclist was in collision with a car at junction one of the M27 at 12.45pm yesterday.
The 23-year-old rider suffered a minor injury to his leg.
The female driver of the car initially checked the man was OK but then drove off.
Police would like to speak to the car driver, who is described as white, in her early 20s, 5ft 7ins tall with brown shoulder-length hair.
She was driving a silver Peugeot, possibly the 2000-2006 shape. The car is likely to have some front end damage.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened as well as from the driver.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Joanne Blake at Totton on 101. If you wish to remain anonymous, phone Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
