CLAIRE Perry MP joined 17,000 people at London’s MoonWalk in aid of research into breast cancer.

Mrs Perry, whose constituency includes the Tidworth area, joined at team of cross-party MPs and Peers to take part in the charity walk.

So far the team of Moonwalking MPs has raised nearly £3,500 for breast cancer causes and you can still donate at wtwalk.org/moonwalklondon2014/claire-perry-mp.

Mrs Perry said: “I was delighted once again to join the 17,000 others doing the MoonWalk and thankfully the rain held off.”

The event is organised by Walk the Walk and so far has raised a phenomenal £91.5m for breast cancer causes to date, including helping to fund vital research projects such as the Breast Cancer Campaign Tissue Bank.
