DOGS of all shapes and sizes were invited to Harnham Croft care home on Saturday.
Residents invited people to bring along their four-legged friends for a fun dog show in the home’s grounds, with classes including puppy, veteran, best conditioned, handsomest dog and prettiest bitch.
More than 30 dogs and their owners went along to the event and £582 was raised, to be split between the Dalmatian Welfare Trust and future events for the home’s residents.
Home manager Claudia Carvell said: “They had an amazing day, they really loved it. It was really well attended by the residents, their relatives and people from the outside community. It was a fantastic day with beautiful weather.”
