PUPILS, parents and staff at Trinity First School in Verwood celebrated spring and a glowing Ofsted report with a Strawberry Fair on Friday.
Plenty of sunshine, traditional games and strawberries by the bucket-load made for a successful summer celebration.
Natalie Serkovich, chairman of the school’s PTA group, Trinity Links, said: “The Strawberry Fair was a great, fun-filled event, enjoyed by everyone.
“Trinity Links would like to thank staff and parents for their time and support and generosity which ensured a very successful event.”
There were even more reasons for the summer celebration this year after Ofsted inspectors described the school as outstanding across all areas. Inspectors said the drive and ambition of headteacher Jane Green and the support she had from staff and governors was excellent, as were the systems in place to monitor quality and progress.
