City council leader is re-elected

First published in News by

SALISBURY City Council has re-elected Andrew Roberts as leader of the council.

Councillor Roberts has been the leader of the city council for the last year and at a full council meeting on Monday night he was unopposed to continue the position.

The council has been without a deputy leader for the past year and again chose not to elect a deputy for 2014/15 as they didn’t feel it was necessary.
