Arrests made after motorbike theft

First published in News by

TWO men have been arrested in connection with a stolen motorbike.

The red Honda motorbike was parked in South Street, Wilton and was stolen just before 10am on May 16.

It is believed the bike was pushed across the road to the Michael Herbert Hall car park and loaded into a van.

Two men, aged 51 and 34, from Wales have been arrested on suspicion of theft and released on police bail pending further inquiries.

There was a lot of traffic in the area at the time and a passing motorist may have witnessed the theft.

Anyone with information is asked to contact local crime investigator Anne King at Salisbury Police Station on 101.
