THREE members of staff from Wetherspoon’s in Salisbury raised more than £1,000 for charity by jumping out of a plane.
Hannah Cobb, Sheri Thomson and Karl Bucannon took part in the event on June 7 at Old Sarum Airfield with GoSkydive, raising £1,210 for Clic Sargent.
Miss Cobb said: “The experience was amazing. Jumping out the plan was a great feeling and we free fell at 120mph for 30 seconds from 10,000ft.
"When the parachute is deployed you have a totally different experience from the free fall, you slowly glide through the clouds and open sky with the most peaceful sensation that you have never felt before.
"We just wished it had lasted longer, and I think all three of us are going to do it again when we can.”
