Travellers move on after police order
TRAVELLERS who moved on to land near Ashley Road in Salisbury have moved on.
About seven caravans, which spent Monday night at Hudson’s Field, were parked up on the green opposite the fire station and there were up to ten police cars at the scene.
The travellers were served with a section 61 notice which said they had to move by 4.30pm yesterday.
