THE fearsome Mrs Trunchball and the extraordinary Willy Wonka were among the characters brought to life at Broad Chalke Primary School last week. Class 4 students, which have been studying Roald Dahl as part of their literacy lessons, dressed up as their favourite character for the day.
Headteacher Amanda Brockway said: “They had a marvellous day developing their love of literacy through celebrating the work of Roald Dahl.”
