Pins puncturing bike tyres scattered deliberately, police believe
DRAWING pins are deliberately being scattered on a cycle path to puncture bicycle tyres, police believe.
The bizarre behaviour is causing misery for cyclists.
One man got a puncture as he cycled along the path near the traffic lights after Tesco in Southampton Road on November 24.
He noticed that pins were scattered over the path.
Police are appealing for information as this has happened in the area before.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PCSO Matt Smith on 101.
