RINGWOOD and Fordingbridge Lions Club is hoping to make a splash and raise plenty of cash for local causes during its swimathon.
Teams of swimmers are being invited to come forward and take on the challenge on March 15 at Ringwood Health and Leisure Centre.
They have to complete as many laps as they can in 40 minutes. Entry is free.
Last year the event raised more than £1,000 for charitable causes in the area.
Lion President Geoff Kay said: “Last year was so much fun, and this is such a great way to stay healthy and raise much-needed funds for a local charitable cause close to your heart.”
