HIGH street sandwich chain Pret a Manger is looking to open a shop in Salisbury.

A spokesman for the company said it was too early to confirm when the new store would open or where it would be located but hoped to announce plans in the near future.

She said: “We are absolutely looking at Salisbury as a potential place to open.

“It is very early days for us and we don’t have any information in terms of location or when - hopefully we will have news in the coming months.”
