HUNDREDS of primary-school children from across the city ran their hearts out at the Salisbury Schools’ Mini Marathon on Saturday. See the pictures here.
The annual event at the three Laverstock schools – St Edmund’s, St Joseph’s and Wyvern – saw about 1,500 youngsters compete in the under-9s and 11s’ races.
Schools in Alderbury, Dinton, Harnham, Morgan’s Vale, Pitton, St Martin’s and Whiteparish were among those taking part in the annual event.
There was also the usual race for parents and teachers.
