CATS dumped outside a Salisbury veterinary practice have been found a new forever home.
Summer and Matilda left RSPCA Ashley Heath Animal Centre on August 27 to start a new life together with their new owner.
They were found by a member of staff at The Vets, Exeter Street, in July.
Ashley Heath Animal Centre deputy manager Gaynor Cannings said: "Summer and Matilda found life in the cattery a little stressful so could be timid and nervous at times, so we are really pleased that after being abandoned by their previous owner they have now gone to a new loving home where they will be able to settle in and relax.
"We have many nervous cats brought into the centre by our inspectors that struggle to cope with the cattery environment. We are always looking for experienced and understanding members of public who are prepared to give these animals a chance in a new home. It may take several months or more for a nervous cat to settle in to their new home but it is such a rewarding experience when a rescue animal gains your trust."
