A WOMAN was left with scratches on her neck after being assaulted near a Tesco store in Ludgershall on Friday.
The incident happened at 9.15am when 26-year-old woman was approached by another woman near to the supermarket, where she was assaulted. The victim suffered scratches to her neck.
The suspect is described as white, 5'6'' tall, of large build and between 40 to 50 years old. She has shoulder length mousey brown hair and was wearing a grey/black hoodie and grey tracksuit bottoms.
PC Beck Lennane said: "We believe this was a targeted and isolated incident and we are following a number of lines of enquiry to identify the offender. We would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident or has any further information."
