SALISBURY District Hospital is being put under the microscope as a four day inspection starts today.
Inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) will be assessing key areas at the hospital including accident and emergency.
The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The four ratings inspectors can give are outstanding, good, requires improvement and inadequate.
A full report of the inspectors findings will be published by the Care Quality Commission in the New Year.
