A MAN who was wanted for a shoplifting incident this morning was picked up by police and arrested a few hours later.
Police patrolling the city centre spotted the 32-year-old man, who was wanted for shoplifting from a shop in Priory Square, Salisbury, at about 11am.
Two police cars and a police van attended the scene on Endless Street at about 2pm this afternoon, when the man was picked up and arrested.
