THE Ageas Salisbury International Arts Festivals iconic music event, Salisbury Live returns with another packed line-up.

There will be more than 80 acts appearing in 30 local venues over May 27, 28 and 29 and June 3, 4, 10 and June.

As well as great acts appearing in the city's pubs there will be two standalone events.

On May 29 music lovers can gather at River Bourne Community Farm in Laverstock for Live@ the Farm, which starts at 3pm. It features an eclectic mix of acts including; Pronghorn, The Zucchinis, Crippled Rook, Corky, Louise Jordan, the Passenger Club and the Evolution Performance Group. The event is free to attend and there will also be children's entertainment, a barbecue and a bar.

And on June 10, Salisbury Live in association with Salisbury City Council, Salisbury BID and Foodie Friday presents Salisbury Live in the Square. It takes place in the Market Square from midday to 10pm and features exclusive performances by music students from Wiltshire College Salisbury. The line-up also features Lady Winwoods Maggot, The Intercepteurs, State of Play, Dan Sowerby Band, The Acrustic Badger Band, Jack Martin, Hamlet Peter, Limpley Stoke and the Dog-House Roses.

Come along to Salisbury and South Wilts Sports Club for the Salisbury Live Party on June 11 with Head Back Holler and the Passenger Club, 8.30pm, entry is free.

This year’s chosen charity is The Rose Gale Trust and collections will be taken at all participating venues.
