A 13-YEAR-OLD girl who threatened and intimidated another girl has been handed a restraining order.
The teenager, who cannot be identified because of her age, made a threatening phone call and deliberately intimidated the victim verbally and physically at a Salisbury school during April and May 2016.
Then in Churchill Gardens in Salisbury on May 4, 2016, the girl shouted abuse at the victim.
On two dates in June she sent "menacing messages" to the victim on social media.
And on March 21 in Castle Street, Salisbury, she threatened and used violence towards the victim.
The girl pleaded guilty to all the charges at Salisbury Youth Court on April 20.
A restraining order was made, banning her from contacting the victim, including via social media, for two years.
She was also referred to the Wiltshire youth offender panel for six months and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Another charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour was dropped.
