EDWARD WELLS, aged 28, of Eyres Way, Salisbury was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 after admitting driving without a licence or insurance in Urchfont on February 19. He must also pay costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30.

RICHARD GAYLE, aged 37, of Peckham Rye, London, was fined £230 for stealing food worth £3.50 from Boots in Salisbury on August 20, 2014 and being found to be in possession of cannabis and a cloned Barclays debit card for use in fraud on the same day. He must also pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

MADELINE CALLAGHAN, aged 55, of Robert Stokes Alms House in Salisbury received a six-month conditional discharge after being found guilty of assault in Salisbury on February 15. She was not ordered to pay costs or a victim surcharge because of health issues.

MATTHEW JEWELL, aged 36, of Dairyhouse Bridge caravan site, Salisbury, must complete 100 hours of unpaid work for assault and using threatening or abusive behaviour on February 9. He must pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

JOHN HEWER, aged 57, of John Baker House, Salisbury received a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and a curfew and electronic tag for 28 days for failing to notify police of his address within three days of moving, under section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. He must also pay a £115 victim surcharge.

LLOYD BAGGS, aged 25, of Pullman Drive, Salisbury was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £256 for drink driving in Stapleford on April 16. He must also pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

TOBY FAIRALL, aged 19, of Avon Drive, Alderbury was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £258 for drink driving without insurance in Salisbury on March 18.

He must also pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

JACK MPINGA, also known as JACK MAKGOWE, aged 40 of St Leonards Close, Bulford was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £246 for failing to provide a breath specimen to police at Tidworth on April 17.

He must pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

RICHARD NICHOLSON, aged 36, of Fisherton Street, Salisbury, was fined £184 for producing 18 cannabis plants in Salisbury on September 28.
