THE air ambulance was deployed to reports of a man having a cardiac arrest in Salisbury on Friday.
Paramedics were called to Festival Avenue, Bemerton Heath, at just before 7pm.
South Western Ambulance Service sent two rapid response vehicles and one road ambulance to the emergency.
CPR was given at the scene and the patient was taken to Salisbury District Hospital by road.
The ambulance service was unable to give details of the patient's current condition.
