CRAIG REES, aged 36, of Saxon Court, Tidworth, received three points on his licence, was fined £168 and must pay costs of £115 for driving at excess speeds in Caerphilly on January 20.

A 13-YEAR-OLD BOY, from Salisbury, has been referred to a youth offender panel for six months and his guardian must pay £20 costs after causing criminal damage at Beck House in Salisbury, and spat water over two women on August 15.

A 14-YEAR-OLD BOY, from Bournemouth, has been referred to a youth offender panel for twelve months after assaulting a woman in Salisbury on July 15, assaulting a man on February 8, assaulting a man on February 28 and possessing a knife and threatening to "smash up" the WASP inclusion centre at Riverbourne Farm on November 4, 2016.

MATTHEW HORTON, aged 29, of Fulmer Close in Hampton, Middlesex, received a three-month conditional discharge and must pay £105 costs for possessing cannabis at Stonehenge at the summer solstice (June 21).

JAMIE CUMMINS, aged 39, of Fernhurst in Haslemere, Surrey, was fined £1,320 and must pay £151 costs for driving at excess speeds without insurance and failing to produce his driving licence to police on the A303 at Winterbourne Stoke on May 13.

MARK WATERS, aged 20, of Devizes Road, Salisbury, was fined £280 and banned from driving for 12 months, and must pay £115 costs, for driving while under the influence of cannabis and cocaine on Canadian Avenue on April 17.

WILLIAM X, aged 61, of Primrose Hill, London, was fined £80 and must pay £115 costs for possessing cannabis at Stonehenge at the summer solstice (June 21).

MATTHEW YOUNG, aged 35, of Firs Road, Alderbury was fined £350, received 10 points on his licence and must pay £120 costs for being drunk in charge of a car in Central Car Park on August 7.

RICHARD ALLEN, aged 49, of Aldsley Old Road in Coventry, was banned from driving for 26 months, fined £200, ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and must pay £170 costs for driving while drunk and without insurance on the A36 at Stapleford on April 20.

MARK DEVONSHIRE, aged 44, of Caedraw Road, Merthyr Tydfil, was fined £332, received three points on his licence and must pay £115 costs for failing to comply with a traffic sign and failing to produce his driving licence on Castle Street on May 18.

MARTIN BABEY, aged 28, of Wylye Road, Tidworth, was fined £233 and must pay £115 costs for possessing cannabis on March 10.

JASON BURROWS, aged 30, of Rollestone Street, Salisbury, received a conditional discharge and must pay £20 costs for stealing pizzas and wine on August 11.

RUSSELL WARNER, aged 49, of Park Street, Salisbury, was fined £433, banned from driving for 20 months and must pay £85 costs for driving while over the legal alcohol limit on Churchill Way West on April 30.

LUKE FULFORD, aged 34, of Holmes Road, Bishopdown, must carry out 80 hours unpaid work, complete a drug rehabilitation course, comply with a restraining order and pay £170 costs for harassing a woman via social media between June and August.

MARK WARDLE, aged 41, of Mill Green Road, Amesbury, was fined £200 and received six points on his licence, and must pay £70 costs, for driving without insurance or the appropriate licence on the M4 on January 27.

ALAN LUCAS, aged 35, of Wessex Road, Salisbury, was fined £412 and received six points on his licence, and must pay £126 costs for driving without insurance on Pembroke Road on April 4.

SACHA ROBINSON, of Woodside Road, Salisbury, was fined £400 and received six points on his licence, and must pay £125 costs or driving at excess speeds on the dual carriageway at Alderbury on June 7.

ANDREW SCOTTING, aged 28, of Coronation Road, Durrington, was fined £660 and must pay £151 costs for failing to produce his driving licence at Churchill Way East on May 15.

RYAN SPARROW, aged 18, of Damer Close, Milton Abbas, was fined £40 and received three points on his licence, and must pay £115 costs, for driving without the appropriate licence at Solstice Park on May 14.

STELLA ANGHEL, aged 22, of Oxford Street, Rotherham, was fined £100 and must pay £115 costs for stealing £240 worth of fabric from Fabric Land on June 7. Time already served in custody taken in lieu of payment.

CHLOE MARRABLE, aged 18, of Hartley Old Road, Purley, must carry out 150 hours unpaid work and pay £250 compensation for assaulting two girls in Landford on August 19, 2016.

ROXANNE KENNERSON-WAGER, aged 29, of Churchill Avenue, Bulford, was fined £880 and received three points on her licence, and must pay £151 costs for driving without insurance and without an appropriate licence at Maltings Car Park on May 25.

BRADLEY PEERS, aged 21, of Denver Avenue, Crewe, was fined £660 and received six points on his licence, and must pay £151 costs for driving without insurance at Tidworth on June 29.

JACK MPINGA, aged 41, of Westcott Place, Swindon, received an 18 week sentence suspended for 24 months, carry out 150 hours unpaid work, complete alcohol treatment, pay £250 compensation, and £115 costs, for harassment and sending offensive messages between March and April.

SAMUEL BROWN, aged 36, of Edmonton Way, Bulford, was fined £320, received five points on his licence and ordered to pay £532 costs at Station Road, Tidworth on October 5.

ROSALYN BAXTER, aged 45, of Tennyson Road, Eastleigh, was fined £450, received six points on her licence and must pay £130 costs for driving without insurance on Countess Road, Amesbury on April 7.

LEWIS BILLAM, aged 23, of Primrose Close, Rotherham was fined £380 and banned from driving for 14 months and must pay £123 costs, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit on Meerut Road, Tidworth on April 8.

JORDAN JUKES, aged 19, of Watson Close, Upavon, must pay £396 compensation for damaging a door and cladding in Durrington on November 6, 2016.

TYLER MORGAN, aged 27, of Avro Court, Hamble was fined £100 and must pay £115 costs for stealing alcohol from a Co-Op in Amesbury on August 17. Time already served in custody taken in lieu of payment.

PAWEL PARTYKA, aged 32, of Bishopdown Road, Salisbury, was fined £100 and must pay £115 costs for being drunk and disorderly in the Market Square on August 23. Time already served in custody taken in lieu of payment.

THOMAS HOUSTON, aged 22, must pay compensation of £57.34 for stealing alcohol and chocolate from a Co-Op in Salisbury on April 18.

KIM ROGERSON, aged 55, of Wyndham Road, Salisbury must complete rehabilitation activity days and pay costs of£170 for being drunk and disorderly on Crane Street and assaulting a police officer on August 19.

LUKE TYLER, aged 23, of Cherry Orchard Lane, Salisbury, was fined £76 and must pay £115 costs for damaging a pane of glass belonging to Wiltshire Council on August 17.

LIAM FENN, aged 34, of St Clements Way, Bishopdown was fined £66, received six points on his licence, and must pay £151 costs for driving without insurance on London Road on March 18.
