NEVILLE RYTON, aged 71, of Clayton Road, Bulford, was fined £300 and must pay £150.96 compensation and costs of £105 for failing to return six library books to Wiltshire Council in March.

SIMON SMITH, aged 45, of Middle Chinnock, Crewkerne, was fined £288, received four points on his licence and must pay £115 costs for driving above the 30 miles per hour speed limit and failing to produce his driving licence in Chilmark on April 19.

COLIN TERRY, aged 44, of Rambridge Crescent, Bemerton Heath, was fined £660, received six points on his licence and must pay £151 costs for driving without insurance on Wilton Road on July 6.

KATIE AIRSTONE, aged 28, of Ten Acres, Shaftesbury, must carry out 70 hours of unpaid work and pay £100 compensation for stealing groceries from Tesco Extra, Salisbury, on October 11.

SOPHIE ALDER, aged 27, of Drovers View, Ludgershall, was banned from holding a driving licence for 14 days, must complete 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £200 compensation for aiding and abetting another person to steal a set of furniture to the value of £249.99 from B&M in Amesbury, and assaulting a woman on June 25.

ALEX ASHCROFT, aged 19, of Castle Street, Brighton, and CHARLIE GREEN, aged 19, of St Gregory's Avenue, Salisbury, each received an eight week prison sentence, suspended for one year, and must both pay £200 costs, for using threatening, insulting or abusive words and behaviour in Salisbury on October 15.

CHRISTOPHER CARTER, aged 34, of Kavanagh Close, Shaftesbury, was ordered to carry out 70 hours of unpaid work and pay £89.90 compensation for stealing groceries from Tesco Extra, Salisbury, on October 11.

MATTHEW HOLMES, aged 33, of no fixed address, must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, complete 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £170 costs for fraudulently using someone else's bank cards to buy alcohol in Salisbury on April 30.

JESSE MORSE, aged 34, of no fixed address, was fined £30 and ordered to pay £30 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Salisbury on July 30.

PETER JOHNSON, aged 60, of Linkway, Bishopdown, received a six month conditional discharge and must pay £105 costs for assaulting a man by beating him in the Fox and Goose pub, Coombe Bissett, on April 22.

WOJTEK KULWINSKI, aged 37, of Lanfear Close, Amesbury, must carry out 220 hours of unpaid work and pay £170 costs for being in possession of two lock-knives and cannabis in Holders Road, Amesbury, on June 6.
