YOUNGSTERS from Harnham Infant School were captivated by tale of Cornish folklore.
They were joined by special guest John Brolly on Friday for a morning of storytelling and fun activities which encourage the children to create their own stories.
Teacher Jo Crisfield said: "There was a buzz right through the school.
"Everyone really enjoyed it."
