FUN was had by all at Wilton Carnival over the weekend, as Castle Meadow played host to music, crafts, stalls, delicious food, and the third annual Wilton Touch Rugby Festival.

Additionally for anyone with a competitive canine there was the fun dog show, and the weekend ended in high spirits with the “Round the World” Wilton Carnival Procession. More than 2,000 happy carnival-goers joined in the colourful parades around Wilton.

Peter Edge, one of the lead organisers for the weekend, said: “It was very ambitious to have a three- day event, but overall a very successful weekend was had!We hope each year it will just get bigger and better.”
