BASINGSTOKE Town hit another six goals in a pre-season friendly as this time Alresford were beaten 6-1.
The Dragons roared into a 2-0 lead by the break after Zidan Akers and Dean Stow both hit the back of the net.
After the interval, Sam Argent added a third, before Connor Whiteley pulled one back for the Magpies.
However, the visitors scoring was not finished as Harry Philby, Shane Hollamby and George Bennett.
Town wrap up their pre-season at home to Welsh side Llantwit Major, which kicks off at 1pm.
