AN appeal has been lodged by a Trowbridge man after his proposed extension plan was refused by Wiltshire Council.
Jeff Arundell is appealing to the Planning Inspectorate after his proposed extension to a building, which has consent for change of use from a shop to a house in Bradley Road, was turned down in May.
The authority rejected the application, saying it would lead to a loss of light for neighbours.
