FIREFIGHTERS were called to a suspected fire in Odstock Road, Salisbury this afternoon (Friday).
Two fire crews from Salisbury Fire Station attended the incident after it was reported at about 1.20pm.
Crews found no sign of a fire but there was a smell of burning caused by an electrical fault.
An electrician was due to attend the scene.
And this morning fire crews from Mete and Gillingham were called to a fire in Ivy Mead, Mere which was reported at about 8.45am.
Firefighters found ten metres of wooden fence and a shed well-alight.
