AN established car repair and servicing garage that has been operating for more than 30 years has been sold to new owners.

Carline Auto Services, in Parkside in Ringwood, is ‘a trusted name in the local automotive industry’ and has been a ‘cornerstone of the Ringwood community.’

The garage has now been sold to Andy Field.

Andy brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm in the industry to the business, which is now known as Field’s Autos.

He said he is committed to preserving the high standard of service that the garage has become known for.

Andy said: “I am delighted to become the new owner of Field’s Autos, and I am fully dedicated to maintaining the exceptional service and reputation that this garage has earned over the years.

“Our customers will enjoy the same level of quality and professionalism that they have come to expect.”

The former owners of Carline, Adrian Hyams and Laurence Flanagan said it was a big decision to sell the garage.

It was sold through Goadsby Commercial, which announced its successful sale.

The pair said: “Selling the business was a significant decision and we are delighted with the successful outcome.

“Goadsby’s professionalism and dedication to our vision has made this process as seamless as it could have been. I have no doubt that Andrew will carry on the legacy of quality service that we have built over many years.”

Mark Nurse from Goadsby said: “It was a pleasure working with all parties in this transaction. I know that Andy has over 20 years’ experience in the motor vehicle industry and I have no doubt that he will be a huge success at Field’s Autos.”
