A MAN who broke a wingmirror has been ordered to pay for its repair.
Darren Jackson, 39, of Saunders Avenue in Bishopdown, has appeared in court after criminally damaged Martin Pitcairn's wing mirror, valued £358.80.
The incident took place a few minutes down the road from his home at Poplar Way on October 11, 2023.
The 39-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on Thursday, March 28.
Jackson was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay full compensation to Mr Pitcairn.
Magistrates gave no order for court costs.
