Preparing for the Ten Tors Challenge

WEALTH manager Liz Willis is preparing to swap her business suit for walking boots as she attempts the gruelling Ten Tors Challenge on Dartmoor.

Liz from Winterbourne Dauntsey has put together a team of five people for the event which will raise money for Salisbury-based charity Hope and Homes for Children.

Along with her husband Geoff, fitness trainer Nat Cole and friends Alan and Louise Gateley, she will attempt the trek on September 13-14.

Teams from other offices of St James' Place will also take part in the challenge, which will help some of the world's poorest children to have a safe and loving home.

"We are pleased to have Nat's orienteering skills on the team as none of the rest of us have ever taken on anything like this before," she said.

"The trek takes two days to complete and we know it isn't going to be a simple walk in the park."
