A BRONZE sculpture of a hare by renowned wildlife artist Simon Gudgeon is one of the top prizes in a silent auction to raise money for the Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.

The other lots include a chauffeur-driven day out for two in a classic Rolls Royce, taking in Windsor Great Park and Cumberland Lodge, and complete with lunch and a champagne picnic; and two tickets for the one-day cricket international between England and Australia at Lords on September 6, including lunch with wine.

The trust provides a free home security service for older, vulnerable and disadvantaged people, helping them to live without fear of crime or domestic abuse.

To take part in the auction email your bid and contact details by June 30 to Trust director Jennie Shaw at jennie@hazelandmill.co.uk. You can keep in touch with the auction’s progress on the news and events page at www.wiltshirebobbyvan.org.uk.
