Autumn sale raises money for Jo Benson Day Centre
AN autumn sale held at Salisbury Guildhall raised about £850 for the Jo Benson Day Centre.
The annual event displayed various items for sale, including handicraft items and local produce, and there was a cake stall manned from volunteers from the centre.
“We are very happy with any money we can get,” said Lady Benson, who started up the centre and has held the autumn sale every year ever since.
