A DRIVER pulled over by Dorset Police for not wearing her seatbelt said she was trying to avoid smudging a second coat of fake tan.
She was among 7,000 traffic offenders stopped by officers during the No Excuse campaign to improve drivers’ behaviour and drive down accidents.
The No Excuse team will be targeting areas across Dorset for the rest of the year.
